In this episode, I had the pleasure to sit down with a real hero, Nick Mundell. Nick is a veteran of the Arlington Fire Department who now specializes in recruiting new candidates to the force.

In this episode we discussed the benefits of becoming a firefighter, what it takes to be a firefighter, saving lives, making someone's day, EMS training, how 9/11 galvanized the country & sparked patriotism, the mental health struggles on the job & common causes of household fires.
